What are your shipping/processing times?
Please allow 1-5 days for your order to process.
Shipping times vary. I primarily use USPS Ground Advantage to ship orders. The shipping time on this service is typically 2-5 business days for most packages within the U.S.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship within the U.S.
What is your refund/return policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges (however, we do not accept returns or exchanges on monthly subscription box purchases). I do not accept cancellations.
If you would like to make a return or exchange:
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Conditions of return:
Candles must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact me.
Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds except in extreme circumstances.

What are your candles made of?
We use a 100% paraffin-free, plant-based blend of soy, coconut and apricot wax, premium fragrance oils and FSC certified wooden wicks.
We do not use essential oils in our candles because of their unpredictability and sometimes unsafe nature while heated. We proudly use fragrance oils that meet IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards.
How does the monthly candle box work?
Each month you will receive a new candle from the seasonal collection. All monthly boxes ship free.
When does my monthly candle box ship?
Subscription boxes always ship the first day of the following month they were purchased in.
For example, if you placed an order sometime in January, your box would ship starting February 1st and will be called "February's Box".
How can I edit/skip/cancel my subscription?
You can access your subscription from the profile section of your account. Simply login to your account and under your profile click the "Subscriptions" link to access this page. If you have any trouble, please contact us.
